A bird's eye view of Amsterdam
Until 6 July from 10:00 to 17:00
Exhibition
On view from April 3: an exhibition by Janneke Viegers, A bird’s eye view of Amsterdam. In this art exhibition you will see different Amsterdam locations in a whole new perspective.
A bird's eye view
At first glance the paintings by Janneke Viegers seem abstract: big, square canvasses with dripping, swirling paint. But slowly you will begin to recognize more. Her cityscapes symbolize the chaos of Amsterdam, her work place. Janneke Viegers brings mystery to our view on the city with the bird’s eye view. From Central Station until the Zuid-as, in this exhibition you will fly over Amsterdam, as it were. A bird’s eye view on Amsterdam shows existing and new work by Janneke Viegers.
