Verwolde House takes you on a journey into the past. Children can go on a scavenger hunt, try out the footman’s bed, create a flower bouquet and engrave a monogram on cutlery.

Travel to the past at Verwolde House. Discover the family that lived at Verwolde House for more than 200 years. The rooms upstairs are furnished as they were then. It feels as if you are visiting the former residents, who might be back any time! Downstairs you can find out more about the family in a series of interactive exhibits.

An adventure

There’s plenty for children to do and enjoy at Verwolde House. Create a flower bouquet, engrave a monogram on cutlery, try out the footman’s bed or go on your own adventure in the garden.
