Storyworld Spotlight: Miraculous

Behind the scenes

Visitors to the mini-exhibition in the Spotlight Room will get a special insight into the making process of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. For each episode, an elaborate storyboard is created, sometimes exceeding 1,000 pages. In the exhibition, storyboards give a very detailed picture of what happens in each scene. Using concept art, Storyworld shows how the creators research the best atmosphere, colour and camera settings. Character designs show protagonists Marinette and Adrien as Japanese manga characters, as Miraculous was initially developed as an anime series. Games in the exhibition further make you aware of the amount of work behind the series.
