The Nationaal Reddingmuseum Dorus Rijkers is part of Willemsoord, a former ship and maintenance yard that was used by the Royal Navy from the early 19th century to the late 20th century. There are many old stories hidden in this area. It is a harbor and resting place for historic ships, including the fleet of the Reddingmuseum.

You can use this audio tour for a small fee of € 2, without visiting the museum. The audio tour is available at the online ticket shop of the Reddingmuseum, or at the counter when the museum is open.
