Located in the heart of The Hague’s museum quarter, West is an art institute that focuses on relevant international developments in the visual arts. West offers artists space and opportunity to create new work and places this art in a social context through a broad dialogue.
The theoretical basis for the exhibitions is provided through lectures, presentations, performances and discussion. Brochures, documentaries and the website bring together West’s various aspects.
